Who we are

Situated on The Rame Peninsula, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, Kingsand is a former fishing village in an area known as “Cornwall’s Forgotten Corner”

Westcroft Guesthouse is a boutique B&B in a former Georgian Coaching Inn known as “The London Inn” and dates from 1760. The Georgian features and character of the property have been lovingly restored whilst recent renovation provides unique, stylish and contemporary accommodation with an added touch of luxury. We provide the perfect escape from city living and working and our attention to detail will ensure that your stay with us is a memorable one.

We are situated just 20 metres from the beach and we are on The South West Coast Path, with amazing walks from the doorstep. We are 80 metres from the nearest pub with unbeatable sea views serving good food and real ales (one of five pubs in the village). There is also an excellent café with delicatessen called Moran's just around the corner and as such, Westcroft Guesthouse Boutique B&B is perfectly positioned for all of your needs during your stay. Many find that once they have arrived they do not need to use their car until departure.

Westcroft is ideally situated for weddings at Polhawn Fort, being just a 5 minute drive away. We will happily drive you to the wedding.

Westcroft Gallery is situated behind our accommodation in a converted former boatshed and is accessed through our courtyard garden. The gallery houses artwork from some of The Rame Peninsulas’ finest artists and also that of St. Ives Artist Jim Woolley, the Gallery’s’ first artist in residence. Guests are given exclusive access to The Gallery outside opening hours. Guests are invited to chose original Cornish works of art from the gallery to hang in their room for the duration of there stay.
